T-configuration with liquid fill
The "T Configuration" is an economical efficient layout because operators have quick access to the high pressure cylinders and liquid fill sections.
This island is shown as a pallet high deck. The pallets and the island deck are the same height so the cylinders can easily roll off the pallet and on to the island. With this setup the filler can sort and inspect his cylinders while the fill process is in Vent or Vacuum. If the island is automated the operator is freed up to do more operations during a fill cycle.
This island has 6 bays and 2 traversing fill heads on each side. There are also 4 control panels and 4 vacuum pumps directly behind the Vac pumps.

Linear manual palletized fill station
The linear manifold traverses on a rail system that connects two fill stations. While one station is filling the other station is being prepped. As soon as "Station A" completes the fill cycle the traversing manifold can move to "Station B." With this configuration you minimize your capitol investment on manifolds while maximizing your vacuum and cryogenic pump investment.
Linear fill station
This is a typical Linear Fill Station. (LFS) Weldcoa LFS are modular and can expand to the left and to the right. We have also designed "corner sections" in order to go in to a corner of a building or to create a "U" shaped fill layout.
Header material options include Brass, Stainless Steel and Monel 400. The manifold pressure ratings work with 3500, 4500 and 6000. Lead options for this configuration include rigid copper, Stainless Steel, Monel 400, flexible single braid (w/armor), double braid (w/armor) and flexible metal.
