This cart is one of our most popular carts due to its easy handling. It is manufactured on our automated welding robot, making it one of the fastest turn-around items we offer. This would be an ideal choice if time and need is critical. It is designed with an inline wheelbase, providing high maneuverability and safety precautions similar to the pivoting lumber carts you see at a hardware store. Added traction, weight distribution, low center of gravity and durability are also benefits gained from the inline pivot design.
LowPro FEMA Transport Model, 6 Cylinder, A Base, Phenolic Wheels with an Industrial Brake. This is designed strictly for FEMA transport. This cart does not come, no compatible, with a manifold. Color: Green. Ideal option for simply getting the cylinders to where you need them and making distribution easy and quick on those handling the cylinders.
LowPro Side Loading Model, 6 Cylinder, A Base, Phenolic Wheels. Color: Green. This option also allows you to easily manifold 6 individual cylinders. They can all be filled off the one manifold and then used as a gas pack as needed. Great for areas that need a larger volume of gas at one medical station, bed, etc. Please note, the manifold is sold separately.
This cart idea came about during the Hurricane Katrina crisis. Designed for gas cylinder delivery via helicopter, crane or land. Our goal was to keep the cart as low of a profile as possible for easy side-loading but also be able to move the cart with cylinders through doorways and elevators and get oxygen to wherever it is needed.
