HIGH PRESSURE 6K BOOSTER SYSTEM

The 6K High Pressure Booster System is a plug and play filling system that allows for easy filling of high pressure cylinders (3,500psig, 4,500psig, 6,000psig) while utilizing the existing standard cylinder filling pressures typically available at most fill plants.
 
Cylinders can be both vented and vacuumed on this manifold in addition to being filled.
 
The system is designed to have up to 3 source gases connected allowing for filling of Argon, Nitrogen, and Helium (typically those 3) this is achieved with a positive disconnect swing arm between the sources.
 
Cylinders are filled to standard pressure (~2,400psig) by utilizing the facilities existing infrastructure. Once filled to line pressure, the gas booster is used to fill the cylinders up to their final pressures.

Safety Features and Benefits

  • The gas booster can be driven by low pressure nitrogen or clean dry compressed air.
  • All stainless steel construction with orbital welds and TIG welds throughout.
  • High pressure shut off switches and multiple high pressure reliefs to ensure safe operation.
  • High and low pressure suction switch to prevent use of booster pump outside of prime operating conditions.
  • Individual cylinder isolation valves allowing for filling of limited quantities of cylinders or filling of full manifold.
  • Typically offered as a 6 cylinder manifold but can be customized.
  • 100% cycle tested in house before each unit is shipped to ensure easy startup.
  • Can be equipped with a selectable auto shutoff switch with selectable stop pressure.
  • Made in the USA
