The FastPack™ is available in a six or twelve cylinder option with various base designs, such as caster bases (for easier movement), inline caster bases (which provide enhanced maneuverability over cracks or uneven surfaces) or skid bases (for stationary use) depending on your needs.

Caster Base: Comes available with four phenolic wheels (two fixed and two rotating), allowing the cart to be easily maneuvered and pivoted in multiple directions suitable for easy movement with facilities. 

In-Line Base: This option offers the best in maneuverability; combining the advantages of both mobility and stability. This base design features phenolic wheels aligned in an in-line steel frame, with the center wheels intentionally positioned lower that the outside wheels (similar to a tanks wheel base design), allowing the cart to be easily maneuvered and pivoted in multiple directions. This style also provides an added safety benefit: If a wheel were to break or get damage, the cart is would still be supported securely by the in-line frame, reducing the chances or opportunity for the gas pack to tip over. 

Skid-Based: Ideal for stationary use, providing stability. No wheels/casters are on this model option. Base is 4-Way forklift accessible. Can also be moved by crane.

DETAILS THAT MAKE THE Difference:

• Sturdy exterior frame with cylinder clamping design specifically to reduce potential cylinder rotation, stress and/or vibration inflicted onto the leads attached to the cylinders in the cart during transit.

• 4-Point crane lifting eyes, with an additional single point lifting eye, are incorporated into the frame. 4-Way forklift accessible from the bottom.

• The lasered cut and press formed hood on the top of the gas pack provides overhead protection to the cylinders, leads, valves, and manifolds from either a crane or a forklift during transit.
